The Journey Begins with a Single Step

Once upon a time, we only had an idea: to create something useful for others.

As a group and the future team behind this startup, we had spent many years practicing spiritual disciplines. We shared a clear and deeply felt desire to channel our knowledge, experience, and dedication to serving others into a tangible device that could help people preserve their physical and mental well-being for years to come.

That is how the concept of a “health capsule” was born-which we named the Natural adjuster. What followed is a story almost impossible to capture in just a few words.

We searched for eco-friendly materials for the capsule’s body, ordered components, experimented, and built much of it with our own hands. We spent countless hours debating the capsule’s ideal shape, choosing materials for the lounger, inviting experts from various fields, and working for months on end to harmonize functionality, safety, and comfort.

Sometimes our discussions lasted late into the night in our group chat; we would discard ideas and start searching for new solutions. Unexpectedly, this continuous collective effort became another vital milestone of the project: it brought us much closer together.

We were extraordinarily fortunate to have our teacher and consultant, Hryhorii Sukhov, by our side throughout this journey. We owe him our deep gratitude for his invaluable advice, guidance, and assistance in researching methods and approaches to health preservation. His contribution to our shared cause is truly hard to overstate.

Yet, perhaps the most wonderful aspect of this project was how it transformed us from within.

When people unite around a cause they believe brings genuine value to others, they grow together. Work driven by a shared vision expands one’s horizon, demanding constant learning, active listening, consensus, and accountability-first personal, and then for the collective effort.

From Theory to Practice

To assemble the first capsule, we rented a space and practically moved in. We spent days and nights there, building our first prototype with our own hands, walking every step of the journey: from selecting raw materials and parts to assembly and initial testing.

At times, it truly felt like a classic “garage startup”-we had a small room, boundless enthusiasm, and a fierce drive to see our vision through to the end.

One day, we decided to test what it was actually like to stay inside the capsule for an extended period. We set up a real experiment: a female friend and I took turns spending the night inside the capsule. It was a completely unique experience that yielded valuable insights impossible to gain from a desk or through pure theory.

Once the assembly was complete, we invited our acquaintances and anyone who had already heard about our innovative device to try out test sessions. The demand was high, and in the meantime, we gathered data based on pre-defined metrics. We observed, analyzed, recorded outcomes, and continuously refined and improved the design.

Simultaneously, another crucial phase was underway: patenting and certification.

Step by step, we gradually transitioned from an abstract idea to a tangible device ready to embark on its journey into the wider world.

A Dream Realized

And then, the day arrived. We launched the operation of our very first health capsule!

After all the sleepless nights, debate, experimentation, craftsmanship, mistakes, doubts, and endless communication, we finally saw the result-and we were overjoyed.

Standing before us was the physical embodiment of our vision, our hard work, and our faith that knowledge and a genuine wish to help people can take concrete shape.

This was our first capsule, and at the same time, the beginning of a long and meaningful road ahead.
